• How can I pay for my order?

Our store accept PayPal and credit cards for checkout. Once you are prompted to enter your payment information , you will be directed to checkout page to complete your order.

•  Can I change the shipping address?

Of course you can. Please email your new address to us as soon as possible, as we are only able to edit the address before the packing process.

• Do you combine orders?

Orders are subject to being automatically combined by our system if placed on the same day and shipping to the same address.

• I got missed/damaged item(s) in my order.

Oops! Please email us with a picture of package within 30 days of delivery. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

• How are shipping rates calculated?

Our website will calculate the rates automatically. If you want to know the details, please check it on DELIVERY POLICY page.  

• When will my order ship?

Products will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has processed, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number.

• Will my package be charged customs?

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs or duty fees. These fees are not included in your order and shipping total. All fees will be paid by the parcel recipient.

• How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your package ships, you will receive an email with carrier’s website a tracking number that you can follow the long journey of your items.

• My package says delivered, but I didn’t received it.

Sometimes the tracking information can be incorrect. Please check the package with post officer or your neighbors. If there is no result, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

•  Can I return my item for another one?

Due to the low cost nature of our products, we do not offer exchange policy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
