Pandaria Delivery

General

For better delivery, please provide your valid address and contact information within the frames we advertise. The correct abbreviations and descriptions of the apartment, building, and street will ensure that the package is properly delivered. We do not take responsibility for any mistake caused by incorrect personal information at the time of purchase.

 

For international shipments, the items will be imported on behalf of the buyer. The buyer authorizes Pandaria to import the items on his/her behalf. Further, the buyer agrees to Pandaria nay delegate the obligation to import the items on his/her behalf to the subcontractor(e.g customs broker). The buyer will pay the taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

 

Process

Our fulfillment center will usually process orders within 1-3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). After orders are processed, we will email your carrier’s website and the tracking number to track the package.

If your order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

If you do not receive the package after the estimated time, please feel free to contact us within 30 days to file a claim. Please note we do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

If the payments are more than 300USD, we are FREE-shipping to all countries with estimated delivery time of 5-30 days.

 

Reserves rights regarding shipping

While we do our best to deliver Pandaria items to our fans, Pandaria reserves the right to require customers to use a valid shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

In addition, Pandaria reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and cancel orders from customer at any time due to:

1. An irregular or excessive return history involving damaged items missed package, or disappointed items
2. The potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Pandaria reserves the right to limit, refuse and reject returns to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.
